In the „Guadalupe Commercial Complex“ shopping center, not far from the Makati City district (which is considered relatively safe for first-time visitors to Manila and for the Philippines), you can play chess almost around the clock – not just for fun, but also for small amounts of money! The shopping center is easily accessible by public transport or taxi apps such as Bolt and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. every day (including Sundays 😉 ).
