The 2023 ECU Congress will be held from 17 to 19 November in Budva, Montenegro, featuring ECU Commissions’ meetings and the annual General Assembly.
The Commissions’ meetings will be held on Friday, November 17th, and Saturday, November 18th, in *****Hotel Splendid, which is also the official hotel and the playing venue of the European Team Chess Championship 2023.
The annual ECU General Assembly will be held on November 19th, in the Conference Hall of the Hotel Mediteran. The Assembly will take place in two sessions: morning and afternoon. The time-table of the ECU Congress & ECU General Assembly can be seen below.
